There is a every question from morning to evening and day to night,,that what is the future of ours. There is a tag behind every middle class family, that my son, study hard and then you will find the best future, and from them we have a question that Papa, why don't you study at that t have time and then they have two answers either they slap you or they have a new answer that they have no resources. and at that time they don't have any reason to satisfy our quest, and at that time they fulfilled our all wishes but on a particular condition that you have to secure first division in each class. But what is the benefit of that type of education as when you grasp each line of your copy and write on the next day and wins the gift given by your parents.
I have a friend, who tells his story of his education and when he tells me then i am inspired of him as what the best struggle that he had done with his counterpart, his story starts from primary school where has to go 3 km ahead by foot, no rickshaw and no bus system at that time,,( i have all..) and at that time he had no slate system and he has a wooden pad where he has to write and the new chalk embedded in liquid and erased with the help of a packet which is also filled by the black powder which can be extracted from Nippo batteries etc...and then they are allowed to enter even in the primary school. Then he got a promotion to middle class (6-8) where he got his first copy in which two mains events occur, where he had to write with the pen especially made up of wood and Dawat system. and second thing is that English started from this class where they have to face with the new subject of A B C. and then he again got the promotion to ninth and then he got B.Tech education and then he made an software engineer and settled.
This is the type of education system which is also prevailing in our some minorities areas. How can this education system be modified..???
There are many technical institutes like Indian Institute of Technology, Management institutes like Indian Institutes of Managements, but none of them got the rank of one to hundred globally. and if you see the competition of these exams then they are the toughest examination globally, the Indian universities ratio of seat to student is 1:100 and if you see the competition of global universities then it has the ration of 1:10. how can it reparable or manageable?
A famous incident took place as CMJ university theygave 400 Phd degrees to candidates which is over limit by any university. then UGC is going to take strict action towards it, why don't see the procedure when this process had been started. Why Action just taken after the blast why they don't take the action before any blast ?If they took the action before the blast then these cases of hyper blast never happen took place. But it requires the best governance system in India and some forecasting, but they are lacking in this quality.
It should only be changed by the understanding of the medium, and education is also a channel or we can say this it is the only channel behind every understanding of any medium. Simply the subject of engineering and medical, we grasp the lines and just vomit those line and became passes but we can't get the soul of that subject and those who got that soul, then they went to research field and when you ask where you from want to doctrate degree then they have only one answer that they want to go for foreign to achieve the doctrate degree. that is the basic lag behind our education system so we have to mature our understanding first.
Simply a history student ask me what is the future of their subject, why they have to study the American Revolution and all, then i have an answer then Do you hear the name of Abraham Lincoln, then he replied ofcourse sir, then i told him, that American Revolution doesn't want to tell the merits and demerits even they want to tell the deeds of Mr. Abraham Lincoln. They want to tell the deeds which is impossible by the eyes of the world then Mr. Lincoln proved that Nothing is impossible and many things will be happened to your life where you will have a feeling of that this thing is impossible to me, then respire the air of American revolution then do that impossible things.
Life is just depend on our deeds and it There is no one in this world who decorate your food plate,,,it is depended on you as how do you want to decorate you plate either it is full of delicious one or something which you don't want to eat. And is is only be achieved by only one medium via education and via Understanding the medium....
