Rewardship...

I learned from my childhood that, “As you sow so shall you reap.” or “ Jaisi Karni viaisi bharni.” and many proverbs similar to this type. But I don’t see this type of explanation in front of my experiences of life. But when i saw these in the political behavior then i see these proverbs are going to be true and most disticnt. As many dignitaries of our highly esteemed leaders are the example of these proverbs. If you show your honesty and the die-hard attitude towards your political supremo then you will get a highly return prize as a highly ambitious post in our constitution as defined till now which will be the best reward for your entire career.

                                      But Is it really a true sense that A candidate has to be allotted a post only because of that he just show his die-hard attitude and honesty or i can say that the most accountability which should be shown to the other side of the society meanwhile Citizens of India, but they regard their accountability to the other political manifestos. I don’t think that this is the right manner to allocate the post which is meant to be the responsible to the largest constitution of the world that is Our Constitution. There are many examples which were hold the responsibilities of the past and till the present now.

                             Exactly this is not the true reward. They just only accountable to their political will to their parties only which is running by the Highly autocratic leader and by the family traditions. Some qualities should be the driven forces for their posts, as Transparency, Accountability and Uniformity. I don’t say that they don’t show these qualities, they show but towards only their political will, but they ought to show these qualities towards their duty as bind toward to the citizen of India.

                   I am not blaming them , i am just telling the bitter truth but what will they do? They are just doing their jobs, showing their honesty and will because they just want to retire in a luxury way. and they know if they show this attitude then they might be get best reward for their willful duty.

                             But they have to think what they are planning for. They are just spoiling the future of their society which meanwhile be future of theirs offsprings. They have to think the right aspect of the life. But they just only think of themselves. That is why our system of administration could not be maintained. if any employee want to change the system then the whole system laugh at him, but they didn’t know that one day system will change. I think one day a new dawn will be risen by a new system of administration where there is no family dynasty politics, Rewards will be given to those who  really deserve that posts. Thanks to those who really commented on me that this system doesn’t change and you doesn’t change this system as per your own way.

                             But i remember the best proverb of the life that Slow and Steady wins the race, one day it will be true to this system of administration.
