A nice line in the basic education is that the, “
AIR SURROUNDS US .” but I hope that this
line should be removed by the line as, “ CORRUPTION SURROUNDS US.”
Actually, everyone knows it, but no one admits it.
And if by chance some one admits it then they doesn’t want to accept that. I
don’t say that I doesn’t motivate by the film Manjunath, AAM Aadmi party
starting revolution, etc..etc.. There are many revolutions happened in the
past, and there will be many revolutions that will be happen in the next future
but the question behind is that what will be the impact these revolutions ? And
I think that nothing will be happened.
When I talk to my bestest buddy, Abhinav. Then the
most talks are related to this issue, and he always says that he fought with
his seniors, and I am always opposing him by saying that the jobs are connected
to these issues so you have to bear up the issue like this. But when I think
about his perspective then I am 101 percent deadly sure that he is right in his
perspective and thinking about the corruption.
But we are handicapped as we can’t change the
system. But what can we promise that we don’t do those things that lead to the
corruption. But by taking this promise, could the system be changed?
And the simple answer is that NO.
Then the next answer is that HOW?
And again the answer is , “ I DON’T KNOW…”
And the matter stops here.
I noticed one thing is that no one wants to do the
job in a right manner. The reason is not that they doesn’t want to the right
things, infact they are terrified by the two things majorly, one thing is that
TRANSFER and DEPUTATION.
I am not getting the words right here, but I
promised one thing is that I may not be stop here.
And last not the least dialogue copy from some where,
“ A man is nothing, if he has nothing to lost….”
And one more thing, I want to add that, Nobody wants
to be a Shivaji, The Boss ( Rajnikant ), and Gabbar ( Akshay Kumar). Many senior bureaucrats say that these movies
are looks like a fiction, and they are not real in practical grounds. And
moreover, they also have a statement that, the person who don’t get the
position in this lucrative jobs, they have commented on us. So if you get this job,
then flow with the water. And specially give the advice that doesn’t create a
nuisance which disturbs others. So enjoy the job and do nothing, and always
give the comment that a single person doesn’t change the system. ( एक अकेला चना भाड नहीं फोड़ सकता। ।)
And again I have a question against all those who
are terrified from the two terrific words, as Transfer and Deputation.
If we get the job then we have come to do the job on
one basis that we are left out from our home station, then why would we worry
about the transfer, and if you are right in your perspective, then why would
you worry about your deputation. Because If you right in your place then no
body challenges you in any matter. So I would suggest to my bloggers, my colleagues,
all my those person who knows me, and all those who listen my names for a
single time, that There are many names in your life which emerges in front of
you who change the system by the deterministic behavior that they have., they pressurize
the opponents that they have to do the work according as per they want. So Be brave,
Be courageous, Be confident , Be optimistic ,
that this system will change, but
on one condition if you want to change yourself, and if you want to change the system
by your will power…Nothing can stop you
if you really firm about the destination that you would adopt…And I remember
some my lines which I want to copy as :-
तू बढ़ चले,,तू बढ़ चले,,

And Last not
the least, The move are not blind, but the thing is that the we don’t get the
way ahead. But when firm decisions are made then Every move with the Closed
eyes goes to the destination that would we want…
